We pride ourselves to make your hearts dance with our flowers. Before ordering, please read up our delivery policies to avoid any miscommunication or delay with your purchase. 1. ALL BOUQUETS & ARRANGMENTS: Each floral arrangement we create is one-of-a kind and customised according to your selected colour theme, style and bouquet size. Your final product will vary from the images on our website in terms of floral choice and composition but it will definitely match your purchased value. We make no representations that the product is going to be exactly what you see online. 2. PRODUCT: Flowers are products of the nature and sometimes they behave in ways we can't predict. While we strive to keep the order as close to your order description or photos as possible; we reserve the right to replace certain elements if we feel they won't be as beautiful as they could be, or if a certain flower is out of stock due to factors such as seasons, festivals etc. We do, however, promise to deliver you a gorgeous arrangement, lovingly designed using our freshest of the fresh product. If the flower that you’ve specifically requested is unavailable, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements prior to the delivery. We understand that everyone may have a different perception of a particular colour. The colour and visual appearance of flowers may also differ under various lighting. If you have a specific shade of colour in mind, please let us know before making your purchase. 3. DELIVERY: *Slot A: between 10.00am to 1.00pm *Slot B: between 2.00pm to 5.00pm *Slot C: between 7.00pm to 10.00pm Normal Delivery Hours: Mondays to Saturdays within any of the above slots. Island-wide delivery to residential and office areas within Singapore is chargeable at $15.00 during our Normal Delivery Hours (NDH). Orders fulfilling $150 and above (per bouquet per location) will be entitled free delivery. If you need to deliver out of the above Normal Delivery Hours (NDH) or would like to request for a specific delivery timing, the delivery charge is $25. For same-day delivery, the cut-off time is at 11.00am, for delivery after 3.00pm. Orders received after the cut-off time will either incur an additional $25 express fee surcharge, or be refunded, if we are unable to commit to the order. To aid the delivery process, it is best to inform us in advance should the residential or office area require security clearance such as changing of access pass or entry into a condominium/private access area. 4. No Delivery to all Restricted Areas as follows: - Changi Airport Area - Tuas Area - Jurong Island - Sembawang Shipyard - All Army camps - All PSA Ports - All police stations and headquarters 5. REDIRECTION OF DELIVERY: We trust that every customer is committed to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the date and time stated during the order confirmation. However, in unforeseen cases where nobody is around to receive the flowers, we will make three attempts (within 10 minutes) to contact you (sender) for alternatives. Dancing Petals will not accept responsibility for any damage(s) and non-delivery for the following situations: - Incorrect/incomplete delivery address given. - Incorrect/no valid contact number provided. - Recipients who do not pick up the phone or reply to text messages to receive the order. - No such person at delivery address. - Recipient not present at delivery address during scheduled delivery hours and no representative is able to receive on their behalf (Eg: recipient on leave / MC) Out of goodwill, our courier service will only be able to wait for a maximum of 5-10 minutes before moving off for other deliveries. Re-delivery fees will have to borne by the customer to be sent to the right address. In the event that there needs to be a re-delivery, an additional re-delivery fee of $15 will be charged. To maintain the freshness of our flowers upon receipt, re-delivery has to be done within 4 hours from the original delivery time stated, and flowers will only be delivered after re-delivery fees have been fully paid. If the customer is unwilling to pay the re-delivery fee, no refund will be issued for non-delivery. 6. PEAK SEASONS: Festivals such as Chinese New Year Eve and Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve and New Year Eve require a huge manpower presence and thus with increased labor and delivery costs, surcharges will be imposed and delivery hours may differ from our NDH (see #3). 7. ORDER REVISION/CANCELLATION: Cancellation is not allowed once the order is confirmed. However, don't worry if you have to change your mind and wish to amend your order. Simply make known your request to us at least two days before the intended delivery date. Cancellation is not allowed for event packages as materials sourcing may have begun upon confirmation of booking. Arrangements may be made to exchange/amend/replace/place-on-credit items of the same value and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject title 'Order return - [order number]' to enquire about a return/exchange. We may require purchase information or photographs etc. for our documentation purposes. Sale items, vouchers, workshops and gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
